I'm not sure I'm bothered about revalidation, but I'm losing track of what I'm doing/done since I gained Chartership ( in 2008), and I tend to downplay what I do, and of course, I also can spend hours running to keep still with my work.

So, it would be good to be reminded that I should be writing things up when I do them, and identifying and acting on things that I'm not good at.

Masterplan update - I'm Revalidating, Offishuly!

And I'm doing it by November 2011, yeek!.

So I'll be using this to put together my Revalidation portfolio.
